Our Pinot Noir Rosé is pale salmon-pink with a shimmering hue, the 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé is elegance personified. Delicate notes of wild strawberry, soft rose petal and pomegranate lead into a silky mid-palate and a crisp, refreshing finish. This rosé is perfect for late-afternoon enjoyment, picnic indulgence or stylish evenings at home. Hand-crafted in small estate-run volumes, it’s the kind of wine that quietly commands attention.
Our Rosorange has the body and texture of an Orange wine with the finesse and delicacy of a Rosé our Rosorange is something truly unique. A first for us and a first for English Wine! A blend of skin contact Bacchus and Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier Rosé with just a touch of Chardonnay. This wine had bags of character and is a lot of fun!
Our Rosé de Noir is a triumph of precision and elegance, this Rosé de Noirs sparkling wine is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with carefully managed skin contact used to extract both colour and flavour. Lees maturation adds depth and complexity, while the wine remains delicately structured yet expressive, offering notes of wild strawberry and redcurrant, hints of rose petal and subtle spice, balanced by bright citrus lift and a touch of salinity. Elegant and assured, this is a characterful Rosé de Noirs—estate-grown, thoughtfully made and a vivid expression of place.
