Nine Oaks Vineyard Cancellation Policy

We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help. As a small, family-run vineyard, last-minute cancellations can really affect our team and other guests, so we ask that you please read our policy before booking.

Individual & Small Group Bookings (up to 8 guests)

  • More than 7 days’ notice: You’ll receive a full refund or can move your booking to another available date, free of charge.

  • 3–7 days’ notice: You’ll receive a 50% refund or can reschedule once (subject to availability).

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice or no-show: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or reschedule.

Private & Large Group Bookings (9 or more guests / private tour)

  • More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund or free reschedule.

  • 7–14 days’ notice: 50% refund or one reschedule (subject to availability).

  • Less than 7 days’ notice or no-show: We’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule.

Weather & Vineyard Conditions

Our tours and tastings go ahead in most weather, so please come prepared with suitable clothing and footwear. In the rare case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (for example, vineyard access issues or staff illness), we may need to postpone or cancel your visit. If that happens, we’ll offer you a full refund or the chance to reschedule.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else. If you need to extend your voucher, please get in touch prior to the initial expiry date — we’ll do our best to help where we can.

Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Unfortunately, we can’t extend tours or offer refunds for missed experiences due to late arrival. If you are late or expect to be late for any reason please drop us a line and we will do our best to accommodate when you arrive.
