Our Classic Cuvée is a celebration of time and technique, the 2023 Classic Cuvée blends Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with more than two years of lees maturation. The result is beautifully textured, refined sparkling that offers biscuit and brioche, crunchy green apple, citrus zest and a lingering mineral finish. This is English sparkling wine at its very best—estate grown, skillfully made and deeply characteristic of Kent.
Our Rose de Noir is a triumph of precision and elegance, this Rosé de Noirs sparkling wine is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with carefully managed skin contact used to extract both colour and flavour. Lees maturation adds depth and complexity, while the wine remains delicately structured yet expressive, offering notes of wild strawberry and redcurrant, hints of rose petal and subtle spice, balanced by bright citrus lift and a touch of salinity. Elegant and assured, this is a characterful Rosé de Noirs—estate-grown, thoughtfully made and a vivid expression of place.
